Okay, I'll be honest, moving to Jigani was a bit of a leap of faith. Got possession of my 2BHK in March, and the commute to Electronic City is worse than I thought, especially peak hours. The water situation's also a concern; we're on borewell. Is this normal? And what's everyone's take on long-term appreciation here?

Oh man, Jigani se Electronic City commute is a nightmare, especially during peak hours. I feel you. Water ka issue toh common hai wahan, borewell pe hi chal raha hai sab. Long-term appreciation ka toh pata nahi yaar, but immediate problems toh hain.
