Okay, I'll be honest — just got possession of my unit at Sunder Luxury Floors DLF Phase 2 a couple months back. Builder ne toh bohot kuch promise kiya tha, but actual delivery kuch aur hi hai. Amenities ke naam pe clubhouse kaafi basic hai, aur maintenance charges itne high hain, samajh nahi aa raha is it worth it. Koi bata sakta hai kya iska long-term rental yield ya resale value pe farak padega? Especially with these average facilities. Investor perspective se, kya yeh premium pricing justified hai?

Sahi keh rahe ho yaar, Sunder Luxury Floors ka naam toh bohot suna tha, but DLF Phase 2 mein itne high prices (₹3.8 Cr) ke liye I’d expect much more. Basic amenities toh scam lagta hai. Meri cousin ne bhi Airport Road pe ek project dekha tha, wahan bhi amenities ka yahi haal tha. Resale value toh pakka impact hoga.
Exactly! Jaise aapne bataya, jab maine research ki thi is project ke baare mein, they only have 4 units. Itni exclusivity ka kya fayda agar facilities hi third-class hain
