Kitna negotiation possible hai Bengaluru mein, seriously? I just got possession of my 2BHK near Sadenahalli, from Sri Aditya Taapasi Estates. Pre-launch mein they promised 'best price', but later laga it wasn't a huge discount. Builder ne bola tha 2-3% max, but I pushed. Possession ke time, water connection, society setup fees, sab unexpected nikle. Koi batata nahi pehle. Did anyone manage better deals beyond 2%? Ya yeh hidden charges just part of total acquisition cost hain ab?

Bhai, this is exactly what I'm worried about! I'm looking at a 2BHK in Aavalahalli and every builder promises 'best deal' pre-launch. Sadenahalli is quite developed now, so 2-3% negotiation sounds about right for that area. But these hidden charges for water and society setup are a real shocker. Did they give you any breakdown for these?
Absolutely! They just said 'standard charges apply' and then BAM! Huge bill. So frustrating
