Just got possession, some things genuinely surprised me

Just got possession of our 3BHK at Signature Global Synera and honestly, kuch baatein genuinely surprised kar gayin. Carpet area feels so much smaller than what I imagined, especially for kids to play around. Living room mein toh sofa aur TV unit ke baad space hi nahi bachti. What was your possession experience like for this project or any similar one? And the big one: real maintenance charges kitne hain monthly? Builder ne jo bataya tha, that sounds too good to be true.
