Just got possession, the final costs were a shocker

Just got possession of my 3BHK in Palam Vihar last month. The stamp duty and registration charges felt like a huge surprise on top of the property price. Did anyone else feel these charges were way higher than expected in Mohali? What was your final all-in cost percentage, honestly?

Congrats on possession! But yeah, the 'extra' costs are brutal. Can you share what percentage of your property value these charges ended up being? We're booking in Baharampur Naya, and trying to factor everything in.

Bhai, totally relate! I'm still trying to recover from those 'hidden' charges. Mohali ka toh pata nahi, but even in Gurgaon, it's a shocker.
