Just got possession, these things genuinely surprised me

Okay, so I just got possession of my flat in Sector 62A, S & U Buildtech Pvt Ltd. Things nobody told me, right? I'm now debating whether to rent it out for a year or sell it ASAP. Rent seems like a hassle, tbh, but could give decent ROI in the long run. Or should I just flip it now and take whatever profit I can get? Honestly not sure which is better. Also, the advertised rental yield seems way off from what I'm actually seeing online. Is that normal? Any advice from people who've rented out their property in Noida recently? What's the reality of rental income here? What should I do: rent or sell? Vote below!
