Just moved in, Gurugram brokers are a different breed

Everyone talks about builders, but brokers are the real wild card in Gurugram property deals. Just got possession of my 3BHK near Golf Course Extension, and the broker tried to squeeze every last rupee. Honestly, is negotiating with builders directly even possible for a 2.5 Cr flat? Or are secondary market sellers more flexible? Change my mind.
