The difference between builder promises and actual delivery here is shocking. Just moved into Suncity Vatsal Valley Independent Floors 1, possession was in March. Site visits pe sab kuch perfect laga tha. They showed us amazing clubhouse renders, top-notch construction quality. But abhi, 2-3 mahine mein hi, already small cracks dikh rahe hain, aur bathrooms mein thoda seepage lag raha hai. Maintenance charges toh bahot high hain, but services are average, not value for money at all. Kids play area bhi itna useable nahi hai jitna laga tha. Is this common for new projects in Gurugram? Kya karein for these snag issues? Any advice on getting builders to fix these post-possession?

Haan bhai, this is sadly common. My friend faced similar issues with a reputed builder near Badshahpur. It's a nightmare for first-time buyers like us.
