Just moved in: My Chitransh flat cost surprise

Did anyone else get totally blindsided by the final amount for their flat in Ghaziabad? Just moved into my Chitransh Developers flat in Gagan Vihar last month. The brochure super area was one thing, but the actual usable space feels so much less, and the extra charges for floor rise and PLC really added up. It's like the initial price was just a starting point. What did you guys actually end up paying beyond the base price?
