Just moved in, my Vasant Kunj 3BHK cost more than I thought
Honestly, I thought my 3BHK search in Vasant Kunj was almost over when I signed with Manish Associates, but the real cost picture after possession is something else. Just moved in last month, and yaar, the 'all-in' price they quoted was so misleading. Base price was around ₹2.2Cr, which felt okay for Vasant Kunj. But then came stamp duty, registration, PLC for a better view, parking... sab add ho gaya. Initially, I thought negotiation on the base price would cover some extras. Not sure if it's just me, but the final bill had so many small charges nobody mentioned clearly before. Like, maintenance advance, utility connection fees, even a 'club membership' jo mandatory nikla. It pushed my budget way past ₹2.5Cr. Did anyone else face this? For future buyers, how do you even factor in these hidden costs? Or is there a way to push back on them? Feeling a bit duped, tbh.
