Just moved in, Noida prices are wild.

Moving into Noida last month was an eye-opener. The 'High Rental Yield' corridor specifically has me thinking. Prices seem crazy high compared to what I saw 6 months back. Has anyone tracked its price trend over the last 1-2 years? Seriously wondering if it's worth buying now for investment or if I should just hold off. My agent is pushing hard, but my gut says wait. What are your thoughts on current market sentiment there?

Haan bhai, exactly! I moved to Noida from Gurugram and thought I'd find something reasonable here, especially in the 'High Rental Yield' corridor. But the prices are just insane. My agent is pushing for a pre-leased property, saying 'immediate returns' but it feels too good to be true. What if the market corrects?

Totally agree with you! I saw a 2BHK in Alpha I, Greater Noida, last year for 45L, now it's being quoted at 60L
