Just moved in, now wondering about my 3BHK choice
Just moved into my DLF flat in Sector 65 a couple months ago, and honestly, things are a bit different than I expected. My budget was around ₹2.5 Cr, and we went for a 3BHK thinking it’s better long-term. But ab soch raha hoon, did I make the right call for investment? Pehle I was looking at a 2BHK in Emaar or M3M near Golf Course Extension Road, which was like ₹1.8 Cr. Us time laga 3BHK zyada space degi, future ke liye sahi rahega, but ab lagta hai 2BHK ka rental yield better hota kya Mohali mein? Dwarka Expressway ke completion ke baad prices kaafi upar jaa rahe hain. Kya lagta hai, 3BHK ka appreciation better hoga ya 2BHK ka? Especially in sectors like 82-84, where new projects are coming up fast. Thoda confusions hai, should I have gone for a smaller unit for better ROI?
