So, I just moved into my new place in Sector 51. Possession was in March, finally got around to shifting. I'm seeing a lot of under-construction projects still around. I'm thinking, should I have gone with a ready-to-move option instead? Less headache, right? S & U Buildtech Pvt Ltd has a project nearby. Also, got a 2BHK. Now I'm wondering if a 3BHK would've been a better investment long-term, even if the EMI was higher. Rental yield ka kya scene hai, honestly not sure. What does the community think? 2BHK sahi hai ya 3BHK for better ROI? Give your opinions!
