Dekho, Amrapali Zodiac ka price range ₹71 L – ₹1.7 Cr hai. For a completed project with good amenities, it seems reasonable in today's market. But with the current market slowdown in Noida, especially around areas like Ajayabpur, are these prices justified for future appreciation? I'm worried about resale value if I invest now. Kya experienced folks bata sakte hain about property appreciation potential here in the next 5-7 years?
U4, market is tricky. Noida mein demand hai but supply bhi bahut hai. Ajayabpur ke paas projects mein appreciation thodi slow rehti hai as compared to main sectors. For living, it's fine, but for quick investment gains, maybe not the best bet right now.
I visited Zodiac last year, the amenities like gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool looked really good in person. But for a project with 2230 units, maintenance charges can be quite high. OP, can you shed some light on the current monthly maintenance cost? Also, is the society fully occupied or still many vacant units? Sometimes, a half-empty society doesn't have a great vibe.
Maintenance is always a hidden cost jo budget bigaad deta hai. U3, good point about the number of units. Agar poori occupancy nahi hai, toh funds collect karna mushkil hota hai, aur phir services suffer karti hain.
Honestly, Amrapali ka naam sunte hi thoda darr lagta hai. My cousin booked in their project near Alpha I Greater Noida, possession mein saalon lag gaye. Zodiac toh 2019 ka possession date dikhata hai, but kitne logon ko time pe mila tha? I'm a first-time buyer too, aur budget-conscious, aise builders ke track record se darr lagta hai. UPRERAPRJ5667 toh hai, but builder ka past dekh ke tension hoti hai. Hopefully, OP ka experience achha ho.
Exception kuch nahi hota, sab ek jaise. Sirf marketing hype hoti hai. Be cautious is all I can say.

Haan bhai, power backup aur water supply ka issue bahut common hai Noida mein. U1, bilkul sahi sawaal hai tumhara! Builders dikhate kuch aur hain, reality kuch aur hoti hai.
