Just moved into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month, and the actual carpet area feels smaller than expected. Brochure mein toh kafi spacious lag raha tha. Daily living ke liye yeh layout kitna practical hai, especially for families? Plus, maintenance charges kitne hain typically? Kya yeh worth it hai?
