High Rental Yield corridor — just moved into my 2BHK here last month, possession was in March. Paid around ₹75L then. I'm honestly seeing similar units listed higher now, maybe ₹80-82L. Makes me wonder if the price jump in the last 1-2 years is sustainable. Is this current upward trend real, or just post-election sentiment? For anyone else eyeing this area, do you think it’s still worth buying now for investment, or better to wait for a correction?
