Just moved into my 3BHK on Kalawad Road, near Krishna Kunj, about three months ago. Honestly, the super area vs carpet area discrepancy is driving me crazy. The builder, Ansal API, promised 1450 sqft super area, but the actual usable carpet area feels so much less, maybe around 1000-1050 sqft. It feels like I paid for almost 400 sqft that just isn't there, or is in common spaces. Is this normal for Rajkot projects? What can one even do about such a huge difference after possession? It's a significant amount of money for wasted space, really frustrating.
