Just moved into Sakshi Apartment, now thinking exit.
Sakshi Apartment ki resale market seems slow, honestly. Just got possession last month. Capital appreciation track record kaisa hai? Builder ka delivery record kya bolta hai?

Yaar, I was looking at Sakshi Apartment too, but the price range (₹42 L – ₹49 L) for 82 units in that area seemed a bit high. Builder ka naam sunke bhi thoda doubt hua tha. Resale issue toh expected hi tha, honestly. Which builder is this again?
It's Omkar Developers. Their track record isn't great. Sahi keh rahe ho, price point was off.
