Noida Extension is better for ROI in the long run. Sector 78 is already saturated. Extension has more scope for appreciation, especially with the upcoming Jewar airport.
Jewar airport is still years away. Infrastructure in Noida Extension is also a concern. Connectivity is not that good yet.
