Just moved into Sector 82 — my broker experience was a nightmare.

Okay, I'll say what nobody wants to hear: Most brokers in Mohali are just pushing inventory, not giving real advice. Just moved into my 3BHK in Sector 82 last month, and honestly, the broker experience was so frustrating. They completely downplayed the stamp duty and registration costs, and didn't even mention the PLC until we were almost done. I had to haggle directly with Goel & Son's for a decent deal, the broker was useless for that. Did anyone else find brokers in Mohali more of a hindrance than help? They always claim they're getting you the 'best price', but my first-hand experience says otherwise. Change my mind.
