Just moved into Shiv Krishna Valley, already worried

Is anyone else finding construction quality a real headache after moving in? I just got possession in Shiv Krishna Valley a few months back, and already seeing minor cracks and some fitting issues. It makes me worried about long-term maintenance costs and resale value. How much do these initial defects impact ROI? Also, the promised amenities felt premium, but are they actually used enough by tenants to justify higher rents or maintenance charges? My maintenance bill feels high for the actual services. What's been your experience with society maintenance vs. quality?
