Since March, we've been in Uppal Marble Arch, and honestly, the floor-plan feels a bit cramped for a 4BHK. The carpet area seemed fine on paper but daily living... not so much. Neighbors are friendly, though. Is anyone else finding the actual usable space less than expected? Or am I just used to bigger homes?

Haan yaar, same feeling. Builder log carpet area ka calculation kuch alag hi karte hain. Humara 3BHK bhi chhota
