Just moved in last month to my Godrej flat in Upper Kharadi. Thought my ₹95L for a 2BHK was all-in, but the final possession bill had so many 'miscellaneous' charges nobody mentioned. PLC, maintenance deposits, utility setup fees... it added another ₹4.5L! Honestly didn't expect this after all the negotiation. Did anyone else get hit with these hidden charges post-possession? Or is there a way to argue them down?

₹95L + ₹4.5L for a 2BHK in Upper Kharadi sounds steep, even for Godrej. Which specific project is this? Aur 2BHK ka size kya hai? Sometimes they hide these charges by calling them 'statutory' or 'development' fees in the fine print.
Bhai, same pinch! Builders ka yahi tactic hai. Mujhe bhi Loni mein chota sa plot liya tha, registration ke time extra fees aayi. They just spring it on you last minute.
