Just saw Sampatti Ashiyan, parking's a big question.

₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in Sampatti Ashiyan, and still seeing lottery-based parking. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading, but how much does parking really affect resale or tenant attraction? Does reserved parking actually drive premium pricing? Or is it just another ignored amenity?
