Just started my Gurgaon home search — total confusion
Honestly, I had no idea buying a home in Gurgaon would be this complex. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Sector 76, maybe Mapsko Builders. Base price sounds okay, around ₹1.4 Cr, but then all these other costs come up. Broker ne bola ₹1.4 Cr ka hai, but then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, electricity meter, interiors ka alag se. Matlab, true 'all-in' cost kitna jaata hai? Builders bas base price dikhate hain. Also, negotiation kitna possible hai Gurgaon mein? Like, on that ₹1.4 Cr, can I actually get ₹5-10L off ya wo bas bolne ki baat hai? My parents keep saying 'bargain karo', but builder sales reps toh 'no discount policy' bolte hain. Kiska experience kaisa raha hai Mapsko ya similar builders ke saath? Construction-linked payment plan better hai ya down payment option? I'm confused. Koi hidden charges toh nahi hote na baad mein?
