RERA Not Applicable? This is a huge red flag for me
Yaar, tree houses ka concept toh cool hai. I've heard good things about the uniqueness. But yeah, price point is crucial. Schools ka bhi issue ho sakta hai.
Bhai 1.5 Cr for a 'tree house'? Noida mein? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Kya amenities hain?
Totally agree with U2, 1.5 Cr is steep for that location, especially for a completed project that's not RERA registered.
U2, amenities hain, par not super luxurious. It's more about the concept and green space. I visited last month, they have a small clubhouse, a few walking trails. But schools around there are decent, not top-tier. Location is a bit isolated, near Alpha I Greater Noida, so connectivity could be an issue for daily commute.
