Finally taking the plunge after years of renting, my budget's around ₹80L for a 2BHK in Noida, maybe Omicron I or near Sector 150. Everyone glorifies pre-launch deals, saying you get the best price. But honestly, I think it's a trap. Are we really saving anything or just locking in early for a 'super area' that's barely 60% carpet? Builders like Nirala India are always pushing these early-bird offers. Is it genuinely cheaper than waiting for ready-to-move, or just a psychological trick? I'm fed up of playing guessing games with property sizes and future prices. Should I just wait, even if prices are rising 5-10%? Change my mind.
