Just visited St Patricks Bignonia Towers, have some layout questions
Finding a genuinely spacious 3BHK in Gurugram feels impossible these days. We saw St Patricks Bignonia Towers, and the layouts look good on paper, but I'm worried about the actual usable space, especially with kids. Matlab, carpet area kitna efficient hai for a family? My wife's priority is a good kitchen and storage. Also, nearby schools and daily needs ka kya scene hai? Anyone living there, is it genuinely good for family life or just show-off?

U2, they were quoting around 12,500-13,000 per sqft when I inquired a few months back. But be careful, their 'status: null' on Propmyna raises a red flag for me. Possession date ka clarity nahi hai bilkul.
