Jyotipuram ke property prices are completely overhyped right now, especially considering the basic issues. Builders like Prestige and Godrej yahaan ₹1.5 Cr se upar quote kar rahe for a 2BHK. But honestly, water supply ka kya scene hai? Log kehte hain tanker dependency bahut hai, municipal water aata hi nahi theek se. Plus, traffic bhi badh raha hai. Is this appreciation really sustainable for investment? Ya sirf short-term hype hai? Seems like a trap for first-time buyers like me. Change my mind.
