Moved into our 3BHK in Kadubeesanahalli just three months ago, thinking being on the ORR would save us. We looked at Sarjapur Road too, but Prestige Group had a good deal here for around ₹1.6 Cr. Possession was in March, everything felt okay then. Now, the traffic is brutal, even for short distances to Electronic City. But the biggest shock is the water supply. We're constantly dependent on tankers; municipal water is barely there. It's a daily struggle, honestly not what I expected at all for this price point. Are other Kadubeesanahalli residents facing this? Is there any hope for better water infra or did I just miss something huge when buying here?

I almost bought in Kadubeesanahalli too, but then a friend who lives near Aavalahalli warned me about the water. He said BWSSB connections are a pipe dream for many new projects there, especially those further from the main roads. Plus, the ORR traffic has become a nightmare post-pandemic, even for short commutes to EC like you mentioned.
Totally feel for you! Kadubeesanahalli has always had this water issue, it's not new. My uncle almost bought a flat there two years back near Adigara Kallahalli, but backed out after hearing about the tanker mafia and BWSSB connection delays. For 1.6 Cr, this is unacceptable. Did the builder not disclose any of this during sale? Usually, they're quite upfront about water sources in the agreement.
Even in our area, Akshayanagar, water is a huge problem. We thought getting a flat from a reputed builder would guarantee basic amenities. But here we are, paying extra for tankers every week. What about your maintenance charges, do they cover tanker costs?
Haan bhai, same experience! Builder bas मीठी बातें करते हैं, reality kuch aur hai.
