Kailash Avenue Ghaziabad is a better 5-year investment than Civil Lines.
My landlord just increased rent again, so I'm finally serious about buying a flat in Ghaziabad. Fed up of renting, honestly. I've been looking at Civil Lines (ongoing, ₹96L+) and Kailash Avenue Residents Welfare Association (completed, ₹50-55L). Civil Lines seems a bit out of budget, but maybe worth it for carpet area efficiency? Kailash Avenue is cheaper, but I wonder if the actual usable space feels cramped after moving in. Also, what about maintenance charges for both? Kailash being older, RWA ka experience kaisa hai? Civil Lines mein, under-construction projects ke hidden costs ka darr hai. Which one do you guys think has better investment potential for 5-year appreciation? I want my hard-earned money to grow, not just pay EMI.

Yaar, Kailash Avenue sunne mein toh theek lag raha hai budget wise, but uska layout aur usable space kaafi compact hai. Mere ek dost ne wahan visit kiya tha, bola kitchen chota hai. Civil Lines mein shayad thoda better space management ho. But 96L+ is a big jump for first-time buyers like us, no?
Haan bilkul, same feeling. Kailash Avenue mein carpet area ka issue hai. Older construction hai, toh modern layouts jaisi efficiency nahi mile
