Meri research mein pata chala ki Kailash Avenue RWA mein rental yields utne high nahi hain jitna log expect karte hain. Kya kisi ne yahan invest kiya hai for rental income? Resale potential kaisa hai, will it appreciate more or is it saturated? Thoda doubt ho raha hai ROI pe. Any real numbers on capital appreciation?
