Kailash Avenue: Security systems ki asliyat kya hai?

Visited Kailash Avenue RWA last weekend. I'm in a 2BHK currently, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there, but not sure if the premium is justified. Builder ne security systems kaafi achhe dikhaye, like CCTV, proper visitor management. But actual mein ground pe kitna effective hai? Guard quality kaisi hai? Aur parking allocation ka kya scene hai? Lottery system ya reserved milta hai? Already have a home loan, toh extra headache nahi chahiye. Any current residents can share their experience?
