Kailash The Kings Reserve, Sector 150 – I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading. Is the ₹4.05 Cr price tag justified for a completed project? My main concern is ROI and exit strategy. Resale market kitna active hai yahan? And what's the realistic rental yield? Not sure if capital appreciation potential is still good at this price point for long-term wealth. Anyone already owning here, please share your experience. Kya yeh investment worth it hai?

Yaar, ₹4.05 Cr for a 2BHK in Kailash The Kings Reserve, that too a project completed in 2011? Seems super steep for Sector 150. I'm also a first-time buyer and looking for appreciation, but this price point just feels like the top. What about the resale market there? Is it even active for such premium old properties? My worry is getting stuck with illiquid asset. Anyone here actually managed a good exit from a similar project?

Totally agree, U1! 4 Cr for a 2BHK is wild. Mera budget toh uske half bhi nahi hai, aur ROI ka toh pata nahi.
