Kailash Tower daily life quality is questionable
₹60 lakh for a 3BHK in Kailash Tower is what I'm looking at, but is it really worth it? Currently in a 2BHK near NH-24, thinking of upgrading. Already have a home loan so the EMI jump needs to make sense. On paper, Kailash Tower looks decent. But what's daily life like there? Is it genuinely good to live in, or just good on paper? Are the schools and hospitals nearby actually good? And the community feel? Anyone living there who can share their honest experience? Is the price jump justified for the actual living quality?

Bhai, 60L for 3BHK in Kailash Tower? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Builder ka track record bhi kuch khaas nahi hai. Mere friend ne ek project mein invest kiya tha inka, poora phas gaya tha. Possession ka bhi issue rehta hai, check kar lena.
Sahi keh rahe ho. 60L is too much. Abhay Khand mein isse better options mil jayenge, thoda explore karo.
