Kakrola Village Noida - Safe for families?

Guys, I'm thinking of buying a 3BHK in Kakrola Village. Wife wants a bigger place for the kids. Is it really safe there, especially at night? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the schools nearby? I need good schools for kids' admission. Also, what's the water situation like? Don't want tanker problems yaar. Is it worth investing there? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
