Kakrola Village, Noida - Worth the investment?

Guys, I'm finally taking the plunge and buying a place in Noida! Fed up of renting, yaar. Been looking at Kakrola Village because the property prices are relatively lower. But is it worth it? I've heard mixed reviews about the water supply situation there. Kya aap logon ko pata hai ki kitna paani aata hai? Also, how is the traffic during peak hours? I work in Sector 62, so commute is important. Is it a total traffic nightmare or manageable? Investment potential bhi dekhna hai, obviously. What do you think the appreciation will be in the next 3-5 years? Any advice? Mujhe advice chahiye!
