Okay, I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm in a 2BHK here, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Kala Patthar. Prices wahan kaafi high lag rahe hain. Is that premium justified? Aur resale market wahan ka kaisa hai, agar future mein sell karna pade?
