What's the real scene with project delays on Kalawad Road, especially with builders like Balaji Group? We booked a 3BHK there, around ₹78L, thinking possession was in 2 years. Now it's been 2.5 years already, aur still no OC. My parents keep saying Rajkot mein aisa hota hai, but honestly, this is draining me. Paying EMI for the home loan and still rent in Nana Mava is killing my budget. I didn't expect this much financial pressure. Not sure if I made a mistake going for under-construction. Is this common with other projects near 150 Feet Ring Road too? Anyone faced this with Balaji Group or similar issues? What did you do to push them for completion or get compensation? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kya karein, yaar.

Totally understand your pain yaar! Kalawad Road pe delays are so common, it's not just you. We were looking at a project near Krishna Kunj and even there builders were vague about possession. EMI + rent is a nightmare, I can't imagine how draining it must be.
Haan bhai, same here. My friend booked in Balaji Symphony and usko bhi same issue aa raha hai. Rajkot mein sabhi builders aise hi karte hain kya? Lagta hai common hai ye problem.
