₹90 lakh for a plot in Kamla Nehru Nagar – is this justified? From my experience, plots yahan thode overvalued lagte hain if you compare ROI with other Ghaziabad areas. Resale market mein liquidity ka kya scene hai? Matlab, agar 3-5 saal mein exit karna ho toh kitna premium milta hai, ya discount pe bechna padta hai? I'm thinking plot vs flat for long-term hold; flat mein rental yield better dikhta hai but plots ka appreciation potential... not sure if it's still there. Any pro-tips on negotiation for plots in K.N. Nagar? Hope this helps someone.
