Kanakapura Road — my wife's been eyeing Prestige and Godrej projects for our 3BHK. Kids need more space, and schools are a big deal. Not sure if a 3BHK here makes sense for future rental yield vs. a 2BHK in Bellandur. Is the extra space for the kids worth the premium now, or should we think ROI first?

Kanakapura Road is good, but 3BHK premium is real. ROI will be tough. Bellandur 2BHK sounds more practical for future returns.
But isn't Kanakapura developing fast? My agent said it's the next big thing, especially with the metro extension. Are Bellandur 2BHKs still getting good tenants with all the new supply coming up there?
