Mai toh ek 2BHK mein hoon, ab 3BHK ya villa upgrade dekh raha. Kanakapura Road pe prices bahut badh gaye hain. Kya yeh market abhi bhi undervalued hai ya peak ho chuka? Hemmiganahalli side mein koi value dikh rahi hai kya? Confused hoon, EMI bhi hai.

Mai bhi 3BHK upgrade ke liye dekh raha tha. Ek project Hemmiganahalli ke paas dekha tha, builder ne bola tha 2 saal mein possession, ab 4 ho gaye hain aur abhi tak kuch nahi hua. RERA check karna aur builder ka track record dekhna bahut zaroori hai. Sirf price mat dekho, delay aur construction quality bhi dekho.
Yeh point valid hai. Long term vision theek hai but immediate cash flow aur mental peace bhi dekhna padega. Mera suggestion hai ki ready-to-move ya near-possession projects dekho, thoda premium hoga but rent income se EMI support ho sakti hai. Adigara Kallahalli side mein kuch options mil sakte hain jo ready-to-move hain aur connectivity bhi decent hai. Research achhe se karo.
EMI ka soch ke hi darr lagta hai. Upgrade ka sapna hi lag raha hai ab. Pura budget out ho gaya hai Kanakapura Road mein.
Nahi yaar, mujhe lagta hai Kanakapura Road ka potential abhi bhi hai, bas entry point dekhna padega. Infra development ho raha hai, Metro extension bhi aane wala hai. Long term mein yeh area definitely appreciate karega. Thoda patience rakhna padega.

Exactly! Bengaluru ka growth dekho, Kanakapura Road will definitely catch up. Metro se connectivity better hone ke baad prices aur upar jayenge. Abhi thoda expensive lag raha hai but future returns dekhoge toh worth it hai.

Haan yaar, Hemmiganahalli mein roads ka problem hai aur public transport bhi utna develop nahi hua. Agar commute daily hai toh mushkil ho sakti hai.
Maine bhi Hemmiganahalli mein 2 saal pehle ek plot liya tha, rate tab 3000/sqft tha, ab 4500/sqft chal raha hai. Appreciation toh hui hai, but development slow hai. Akshayanagar side mein bhi check karo, wahan Thoda better infra hai aur options mil sakte hain. Bas builder ki credibility check karna mat bhoolna.
Hemmiganahalli mein kuch projects thik hain, especially agar aap long-term view rakhte ho. Connectivity issue hai abhi, but infrastructure development underway hai. Value for money shayad mile agar patience ho aur developer ka track record achha ho.

Yeh toh sirf builders ka marketing gimmick lag raha hai, real value toh dikh nahi rahi abhi. Hemmiganahalli side mein bhi same kahani hai, connectivity issues abhi bhi hain.
Haan bhai, same experience. Thoda aur outer ring road ki taraf dekho, shayad Devanahalli side mein kuch value mil jaye? Kanakapura Road toh ab out of budget hai for many.
Totally agree! Aavalahalli side mein bhi rates sky-high hain. Lagta hai sab bas 'potential' ke naam pe bech rahe hain. Hum jaise first-time buyers ka kya hoga, is budget mein toh kuch mil hi nahi raha.
