₹95 lakh for a 2BHK on Kanakapura Road feels steep, even with the metro. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different; I know what builders don't tell you. Everyone talks about the infrastructure impact, but what's the ground reality? Has the metro actually eased traffic significantly, or just shifted it? I'm looking at areas near Konanakunte Cross and Vajarahalli. Have property values really shot up because of the connectivity, or is it more marketing spin? Honest opinions needed on daily life there now.
