Kanakapura Road: The hidden ground realities nobody talks about

Moved into my new flat on Kanakapura Road last month, and honestly, things nobody told me before buying are bugging me. Everyone glorifies the 'future potential' of this corridor, but yaar, daily commute ka kya? Traffic is a nightmare already, aur metro ka kaam toh end hi nahi ho raha, lagta hai saalon lagenge. Sab bolte hain greenery hai, peaceful hai, but construction noise all day isn't exactly peaceful. Plus, water supply ka issue bhi sunne mein aa raha hai in some societies near Kumbalgodu. Is it just me, or did we all overlook these ground realities in the rush to buy 'affordable' property here? Matlab, investment-wise sahi hai kya, ya long-term mein phas jayenge? Change my mind.
