Two 3BHK options on Kanakapura Road are making me rethink everything. One's in a new Godrej project, other in an older Brigade society. My kids' school admission and overall safety are huge. Is the community truly better in established places, or do new projects offer enough for families? What's the real ground reality for schools and green spaces there?

Yaar, I totally get your dilemma. Kanakapura Road ka hype toh bahut hai, but family ke liye itna ideal hai kya? Mujhe bhi lagta hai naye projects mein community develop hone mein time lagta hai. Especially schools aur local shops ka connectivity, woh sab set hone mein years lag jaate hain. Meri budget bhi tight hai aur risk nahi le sakta.
Sahi kaha, bhai. My cousin booked in a new project near Akshayanagar a couple of years back, thinking it'd be great for his kids. Abhi tak club house fully functional nahi hai, aur paas mein koi decent school bus service bhi nahi milti. Har din pick-up drop-off ka headache. Purane societies mein at least sab set hota hai, schools aur everything is within reach. Though prices are a big factor there.
Exactly! Naye projects mein amenities toh dikhate hain, par jab tak log move in na karein, community feel aati hi nahi hai.
