₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Karkar Duma – is this actually reasonable? I'm based in Dubai and can't do site inspections myself. ₹1.8 Cr for Karkar Duma? Bhai, yeh toh bahut zyada lag raha hai, especially for a builder jo Godrej jaisa reputed nahi hai. Meri cousin ne do saal pehle Anand Vihar mein liya tha, usko bhi itna hi pada tha for a similar size. Karkar Duma mein limited new supply hai, I agree, but is it enough to justify this price? NRI ho toh aur careful rehna padega, local builders ka paperwork kaafi tricky hota hai.
