Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Karkardooma. Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a different ball game. Builders yahan par jo rates quote kar rahe hain, especially for 3BHKs, seem a bit high, like ₹2.5Cr+ for some. Is it really justified for the area, ya? I know what builders don't tell you, but still. Negotiation ka kitna scope hota hai yahan, off the record? I'm thinking about investment potential too, for the next 3-5 years. What's the real appreciation forecast for Karkardooma? Aur traffic ka kya scene hai? Peak hours mein it's a nightmare or manageable? Metro connectivity toh achhi hai, but road traffic ka kya haal hai.
