Did a site visit to a couple of apartments in Karmanghat on Saturday. Honestly, fed up of renting yaar, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se. Finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. But Karmanghat mein jo prices dikha rahe hain, ₹1.2 Cr tak for a 3BHK, justified hain kya? Traffic ka kya scene hai peak hours mein? Bahut log bolte hain congestion hai. Aur investment potential, 3-5 saal mein appreciation kitna expect kar sakte hain? Resale market kaisa hai? Not sure if it's the right move for long-term.

Bhai, totally agree! Karmanghat ke prices toh sky-high lag rahe hain. I checked out some properties there too, and for 1.2 Cr, I feel like you could get something much better or bigger in areas like Alwal or even some parts of Ameerpet. Lagta hai builders bas hype create kar rahe hain.
