Karol Bagh mein 3BHK lena is a real challenge, honestly. I just moved into my new 3BHK last month and the search was tough. My budget was around 1.2 Cr, aur for that, quality projects bahut kam the. Mostly older buildings ya small builder flats mil rahe the. After searching for months, I finally found one, but the carpet area is smaller than I expected. Paid almost ₹1.1 Cr for it. Not sure if I overpaid ya this is just the market reality for Karol Bagh. Kya koi aur hai jo similar budget (80L-1.5Cr) mein 3BHK dhoondh raha tha?
