Karve Nagar resale market for bigger flats — what's the actual ground reality?

Agents are lowballing our Karve Nagar 3BHK. Kids moved out, we want to downsize. Is the resale market for older, bigger flats really this tough? What's the reality?

Agents lowballing? Happens everywhere! Karve Nagar toh prime location hai, they just want quick commission. Don't fall for it.

U1, totally agree! My agent said the same thing about a 2BHK in Warje. Is it the actual market or just agent tactics, ya know?
